1Twenty-six tags and one bare code
A declaration of de-DE says more than a declaration of de: it names the country the page was written for. This vendor does that for every language it offers except English, which is declared bare and so left deliberately unbound to any one market.
The pattern is consistent enough to be a policy rather than an accident. It also means this row cannot be compared code for code against a vendor that declares bare tags without saying so, which is why the register prints the codes and not only a total.
2The six languages nobody else declares
Czech, Greek, Finnish, Hebrew, Hungarian and Romanian appear in this set and in no other declared set here. Each is tagged to a single country, so the entry is a claim about six specific markets rather than about six language communities.
That is the most interesting thing in the cell. A buyer in Athens or Bucharest has exactly one vendor in this register whose own pages are offered in the local language, and it is a vendor that publishes nothing at all about the voices in its output.
3What the cell does not reach
Nothing in this column touches the language a finished video speaks. The same vendor publishes a subtitle count elsewhere, which is a third thing again: translated text laid over a picture is neither a site language nor a spoken one.
So the honest reading of this row is narrow. Twenty-seven locales is a statement about where the product is sold and about how much has been spent on marketing pages, and it settles no question a production team would ask about the output itself.
