One declared set sitting exactly inside another

1Containment is more informative than overlap
These two sets do not merely overlap; the smaller is a subset of the larger with nothing left out. That is evidence about sequencing: the nine shared codes are evidently the tier this category translates first.
With the two-code and five-code sets here, which nest the same way, four declared sets in this register form one chain. Totals ranging from two to thirteen turn out to describe the same ordering of markets at different depths.
2The additions are one region plus one market
Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese are Southeast Asian; Turkish is not. So the step from nine to thirteen is mostly a single region, and only two other declared sets here name any Southeast Asian language at all.
A reader in that region can use the difference directly. It is the clearest case in this column where four extra codes correspond to a specific commercial decision rather than to general thoroughness.
3Identical form, identical silence
Neither set carries a region or script subtag anywhere, so both declare Portuguese and Chinese as bare codes and neither says which variant its pages follow. Both vendors publish nothing in either output column.
Which leaves containment as the whole story of the pair. One company has translated the same pages as the other and four more, in the same style, and neither has said anything about what its product generates.
