1The two groups are almost disjoint

Five vendors declare a site list and say nothing about voices. Five publish voice material with no site list counted. Four do both and four do neither, which is a fairly even split across all four possibilities.

If the two capabilities travelled together, the overlap would be much larger than four. They do not, and the reason is visible in the business models: the vendors with voice lists and no counted site list are selling dubbing.

2It settles whether a single score is possible

Rank this register on site languages and the top of the table is empty in the voice column. Rank it on named voices and the top of the table declares no site language at all. Both rankings are correct answers to different questions.

Any combined score would have to weight the two, and there is no defensible weighting: a buyer purchasing a localised editing interface and a buyer purchasing dubbed episodes want opposite ends of the same table.

3Four vendors publish nothing at all

Four rows here are empty in every column. They are recorded from their own home pages and have no page of their own, because there is nothing to read closely.

That is a finding rather than an omission. Four of eighteen products in this category have published no checkable language claim of any kind, and a register that dropped those rows would make the field look better documented than it is.
