Arabic appears in both declared lists. It is the only right-to-left script in either of them, and neither vendor publishes anything about how generated on-screen text or interface layout handles that. As of 2026-09-12.

1A declared alternate says nothing about script direction
Serving a page in Arabic and laying it out correctly right to left are separate jobs, and an hreflang tag is evidence of the first only. The same is true inside the product: a model asked to put Arabic text on screen faces a problem that has nothing to do with whether the settings menu is translated.
Neither vendor publishes anything on this. The register records the declared alternate because that is what can be read, and records the silence on direction because that is the part a production in the region would actually want.
2Both vendors declared it, which is itself informative
Arabic is not a token addition to either list. Two vendors independently decided the market was worth a declared language version, alongside a set that is otherwise mostly European and East Asian.
What that buys a buyer is a site they can read. What it does not buy is any published statement about spoken Arabic, generated Arabic text, or layout, and the register keeps those cells empty rather than letting the site column imply them.
3The question to put to a vendor
Whether the model will render Arabic text legibly in a frame, and whether dialogue can be generated in it. Both are answerable by the vendor in one sentence each and neither is answered on any page this register reads.
Until one of them is, a production has a translated website and an unanswered product question, which is the pattern this whole register exists to make visible.
