Eight European languages appear in both declared site lists: German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Turkish and Ukrainian. Polish appears in Kling AI's list and not in SceneMixer's. As of 2026-09-12.

Eight of nine overlap. Whatever drives the divergence elsewhere in the register, it is not operating here: both vendors have concluded that roughly the same set of European languages is worth serving, and both have declared it the same way.
Agreement is less interesting than divergence and it is worth recording, because it establishes that these lists are not arbitrary. Two companies deciding separately landed in nearly the same place.
2The absences are as consistent as the presences
No Nordic language appears in either list. Neither does Greek, Czech or Romanian. Those are markets with money and with vertical drama audiences, and both vendors have passed on them.
A production targeting them has, on the published evidence, no interface in its language from any tool in this register and no way to know what the models can speak. The honest answer for those markets is that nothing is published.
3Turkish and Ukrainian being in both is worth a note
Both lists include Turkish and Ukrainian, which sit outside the usual first five European languages a product gets translated into. Appearing in two separately-built lists suggests genuine demand rather than a vendor's idiosyncrasy.
The register records that as an observation about the lists. What it cannot do is say whether the models perform well in either, because neither vendor enumerates its spoken languages.
